Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all paid delivery orders via Express Delivery within 3-4 days (Monday – Friday), provided your order has been received. As soon as your order is placed with us, you will receive up-to-date notifications on when your order will be picked up, dispatched, and delivered. If you have selected FREE delivery, we aim to ship your order within 72 hours. (Monday – Friday).
We process orders Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on a non-working day will be dispatched on the next available day.
Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) and refuse any damaged goods. If you cannot check, please sign for your goods as unchecked and contact us with any issues found at this stage.
